2 New Build Houses North Newbald

Our team transformed a plot of land which was in no use and overgrown with bushes and grass to two stunning modern homes. These were kept to conservation area regulations meaning our team was to work closely with the planning authorities to make sure these homes were kept within regulations by doing this we built the homes with a similar brick to the surrounding areas and the window frames were also kept the same.

The homes have many features such as Velux windows, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, spacious balcony’s, sliding doors allowing the inside to easily become the outside perfect for summer time. Wood burners and chimneys, garages, a unique arch way to the entrance of the garage on Plot 2, wet rooms with Mira electric controlled touch pads, master bathrooms, home offices and spacious lounges in both properties’.
