Conversion 4 Self Contained Flats Cholmley Street Hull

Our team worked with Mind charity, Delany Marling Partnership LTD and Etteridge Architecture to complete this project. We transformed a run-down building into 4 self-contained flats all complying with building regulations. Some of the works carried out to complete this job include, roof repairs, masonry repairs, floor repairs, stud walls all around stopping sound and heat loss from the exterior of the building and corridor walls, extra insulation in the ceilings, loft and walls, kitchens and bathrooms in all flats, a commercial fire alarm system installed. The outside of the building was rendered to give it a modern look.

All 4 flats are fitted the same, with their very own boiler, bathroom, kitchen area, living area and bedroom. Each flat had their own intercom system fitted which can be called at the front door by their visitors.

All Building, Plumbing and Joinery works were completed by Simpson Building Contractors LTD.
