Simpson Building Contractors were brought in by our clients to turn their newly bought home which was old and run down into a home which is now modern and beautiful inside / out. The home is one of the first in the country to be fitted with newly designed aluminium window frames, and bi-fold doors. On the ground floor the home is heated via underfloor heating ensuring there is no cold spots in winter. The addition of the extension to the home created the idea of open plan living combining the kitchen and living areas into one. On the first floor the master bedroom was an addition thanks to the extension which created a large bedroom with a closet area. Through out the home and the land it sits on you get a contemporary feel due to the bright colours used for interior paint and the silicone rendering on the exterior. The Simpson team were also contracted to complete the landscaping of the home which saw the installation of a aluminium modular fence panel system and the laying of the porcelain paver paths and patio area easily accessed by the aluminium bi-fold doors creating indoor / outdoor living possible.
